Site/District Technology Goals
Lexington has established a Technology committee that meets 2 times per month at lunch in room 307 to promote our Site and District technology goals. All faculty and staff are encouraged to join us! It is the technology committee's goal that every staff member on the Lexington campus be a user, producer, and collaborator with the use of technology as we work to increase learning by our students. Try this TECHNOLOGY SCAVENGER HUNT to see if you have the skills you need!
Goal 1
Staff will be able to use their current technology skills to demonstrate proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive or use provided resources from this website and Technology Team to develop a basic proficiency.
Goal 2
Staff will have been exposed to Haiku, Camtasia, Snagit and the Snipping Tool (Windows)/Grab (Mac) so they can begin to utilize these tools for screen capture and lesson design.
Goal 3
Staff will have completed the Technology Scavenger Hunt by the end of the day and submitted required products to identified people for each Task.
